4.1 Product Listings
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
4.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.
4.3 Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Note: For high-value orders (above KES 100,000), we may require additional verification before processing.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our Services.
10. Prohibited Activities

- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any products or services purchased through our Services
- Any other matter relating to our Services
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding such claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ogen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or conduct on our Services
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.3 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya, in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
14. Modifications to Terms
