How to Cancel Order

Cancel your order before it's shipped

Step 1: Check Order Status

Orders can only be cancelled if status is "Pending" or "Confirmed".

Step 2: Go to Orders

Login to your account and go to My Orders section.

Step 3: Click Cancel

Find your order and click the "Cancel Order" button.

Step 4: Provide Reason

Select or write the reason for cancellation.

Step 5: Confirmation

You'll receive confirmation once cancelled. Refund (if paid) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
